To change how often Outlook Express checks or sends messages you have to:
- open OLE
- click on the "Tools" button on the tool bar on top of Outlook Express
- in the "General" tab of the "Options" window by default there is a check mark next to "Check for new messages every 30 minute(s)"
- you can change the number "30" to whatever number you want - if you delete "30" and type "5" in the box, your Outlook Express will send and check for new messages every 5 minutes.
